My background
I have spent most of my career working within admin and management roles. I have a huge amount of experience in customer services and have spent most of my career working for the NHS, 10 years of which spent working within training and development and in that time running a very successful training centre for large trust, so I’ve got a lot of knowledge and skills around training centres and how they run.
I started my social media management journey just over two years ago, looking for something else to add to my skill set. I was fed up of the rat race (I know you can relate 😉) and I really wanted to do something different. I saw a social media management course advertised (I have always loved Instagram) and decided to jump in! I remember I was literally shaking because it was a big investment, but it was well worth it and the journey that I’ve been on ever since, opening my social media management business which focuses on Instagram predominantly, has been a rollercoaster of emotions 😂 (we keep it real here!) but has taught me so much. I absolutely love what I do 🩷 I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people and I am massively grateful for that.
In 2023 I decided to add Pinterest to my services and I invested in a training course with industry leaders. I absolutely LOVE the Pinterest platform, I could talk about it for hours (but don't worry I won't 😂).
I continually invest in trainings, coaching and specialist memberships, and I spend hours researching what is working on the platforms, so that I can share this knowledge with my clients and ensure that their accounts keep up to date with the platforms too.
